There is no excuse for this carelesness,as a nurse i would always double check everything I administer,only today a relation of mine was given some medication on her discharge from hospital, she would have taken it if i had not looked at what she was given, had she been pregnant and had she taken them they would have killed her unborn baby, her mother died young because of a hospital mistake. Heads will roll tomorrow. there is no excuse.
