I believe something must be done, but I do not believe that the school is were it should be done. At my house, my boys did not want to mess up at school because when they got home they would be in much more trouble than they would have gotten at school.
I do believe though that the frequent offenders parents should stand up and have to face why their kid acts the way he/she does and why they have done nothing to prevent it.
