Resident Evil 4 is the best in the series in regards to action, for the storyline I would say Resident Evil 3.
Regardless, I can't wait for the 5th version. I'm hoping it will answer a lot of questions that have been left unanswered. Wesker's involvement mainly in RE4.
I'm glad that it is also coming to the 360 as I can't afford a PS3. I'd like to play MGS 4 but that's a PS3 exclusive.
