Roy was a great part of my life for over 20 years....First as my martial arts instructor but then as my friend...We even went on holiday together to Greece on 3 occassions (We still have our Wado Ryu sheild in the Paradise Bar/Restaurant in Sidari Corfu??? or it was a few years back when a friend was out there.
I used to visit him on a weekly basis and we would swop stories and have the odd ride to my local computer fair....But latterly he helped me with a few of my presentations at work (As he was a safety advisor...And a bloody good one)
He always had time to help me with any comp problems as i was he.....
I still find it hard when i drive past his house when i'm in town not to turn into his road???...And still kick myself for not visiting in the week before he sadly past.
I'm still in touch with both his children ...Both a credit to him...
GK has lost a great leader ...But as he would have wanted the guys on here have done him proud.....
