We can't really take the troops out until everything is settled, especially since we tore apart the country, we need to help them rebuild... it sucks but it is necessary. If we do, they may use their nuclear technologies, and if that happens, this world is in trouble. The thing is, Britain and the United States can tear apart these little third world countries, but we don't want to kill the civilians. I think if they attack either one of us again, and especially use nuclear weapons of some sort, we may blow the entire place. Sad, but we cannot really afford the risk of letting terrorists take out our innocent civilians either.
