There would soon be an ' outcry ' if it were the ' Pencil Pushers ' that had been promised a Bonus, and then didn't get it .. there should be no question about paying it to the troops, as they are risking the ultimate sacrifice for it, not sat at home in slippers wonderiing where the next bottle of champagne will come from.
