People are so stupid why dont you just get a ear pieced phone or hands free so you wont cop a fine, fines should be dealt with more money so people understand to go by the rules, I've realised as a learner driver that most drivers in front of me drive stupidly cause there on the phone they either slow down or make stupid decisions on a trafficed road!.
