i think i have worked on a shoot where this chap has shot! hehehehe
He is a bad shot, it's hard to kill a duck with a shotgun when its flying, also i would be looking at whoever retrieved it, I know as I often retrieve birds, it is that persons job to ensure the bird has no prolonged suffering!
