Judge says Saddam 'not dictator'

The chief judge in Saddam Hussein's trial has said the former Iraqi leader was not a dictator, but had only been made to seem like one by his aides.
The controversial comments come a day after Judge Abdullah al-Amiri was accused of bias towards the defence

Agree mate, he is even dictating as to how the trial should be conducted.

The ' Man at the top ' is always resposible for any acts of those beneath him, and I certainly cannot beleive that he had no part in giving out the orders.

Even although he is now facing his second trial for crimes against humanity what is the bets he gets found not guilty for both counts and walks free
