Nimrod men will return to Kinloss

The bodies of 12 servicemen from RAF Kinloss who were among those killed in a Nimrod crash in Afghanistan are to be flown back to their home base in Moray.
The Ministry of Defence (MoD) said it expected the bodies to be repatriated next Tuesday.

The bodies of British military personnel who have been killed abroad are normally brought back to RAF Brize Norton in Oxfordshire.

In this crazy world we live in at last a sensible decision has been made, it is only right that the bodies are repatriated to Kinloss, their home.

I agree all personell when they loose there lifes serving there country should be sent home to where they were posted

True HB and having seen Repatriations they aint nice! so it makes sense for the guys to go to their parent station as opposed to Brize Norton, especially for all the scottish guys.

They shall not grow old, as those that are left grow old, age shall not weary them nor the years condem, with the going down of the sun and in the morning WE WILL REMEMBER THEM!!
