People do not want to get involved. They feel that somehow someone will "blame" them if they help. How many times have you heard of someone chocking and someone give them the Heimlich, break a rib, and then get sued? For some it is not worth the risk---shame how things have become.

I agree, it's the truth though, when people go out of their way to help others, sometimes they are given trouble, and for most, it's not worth it.

yes i think in this day and age we have become so ust to this we just walk by or turn our head . it takes a heck of a person these days to care for our sister or brother in this world . my hat off to us fire frigthers rescue, workers [police and health care and all esle who risk our lives to help or save others
