I'm sorry but not to sound racist but what the hell is wrong with the people of Africa? They can't seem to make any thing right, government, civil liberties, and or common sense. I'm not saying thats everyone though I know a minority of the population of the people are very educated.
This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. He claims it works but offers no hard evidence. Thats like saying hey I have a time machine but showing nothing for it. Its heresay BS.
