Arsenal board let me down - Cole

Ashley Cole claims he joined Chelsea because he was angry that Arsenal made no serious attempt to keep him.
The England defender wanted £60,000 a week but says the Gunners board were only prepared to offer him £55,000.

"I don't believe the board gave a damn about keeping me, it preferred to haggle over a difference of £5,000," said Cole in his new book, My Defence.

I think this is totally disgusting, how can you expect someone to live on £55,000 a week!!!!

Have a word with yourself Cole you money grabbing Glad to see the back of him, we get Gallas as part of the deal, a defender who can play anywhere in the back

Well Cole you will be no sad loss m8 if you can seriously wouldnt of even considered the meer £55,000 a week they offered you.omg whet i could do with that in a week you are a silly person but as i say no great loss
