capital punishment
in my opinion capital punishment should be bought back! it would act as more of a deterent than time in a cosy prison! and also it would help elieviate the over crowding!
what do you think?

I think capital punishment should be brought back but only for cases where it is proved without a doubt that they are guilty.

agree HB, with the fantastic forensics that all forces have at their disposal, that should be easy to prove any guilt beyond reasonable dooubt.

I agree with bringing back some form of Capital Punishment, especially for those that rape, murder children and murder Police officers, as said, the standard of Forensic Science nowadays doesn't leave much room for error.
Hang ' Em ' High .. I would certainly volunteer for a job as Executioner ;)

capital punishment should be brought back , people now days have an easier time in the prison system. therefore if it were brought back it would deter them from committing a crime again

Capital punishment should be available to the prosecution/state not just as a deterrent, but as a mean as justice. However, with that said the amount of men/women being proven innocent after being found guilty leaves a person between a rock and a hard place as to who and for what crime should capital punishment be available.
