so far i've checked it out....by askin some basic questions...that only new PC owner would ask...& i have to say....they give out info that even i could ounderstand...& its like talkin to some1 on like MSN, & NOT a robot ;D

Lol, I asked it a couple of relatively easy technical questions, and it said ' Sorry, but there are no experts, in that field, currently online '

Still a usueful commodity for getting help with some of the basic problems though ;)
