With the chat room, I updated the hack, from memory 4.05 to 4.41. In that time the box is now automatically added into the template. After I fixed the plasma templates I found the manual edit that Rocol did to add it the first time. I deleted that, which is why the plasma style looks correct. Once I edit the templates for the GKF style, it will look right as well..

on the to of the page, it doesnt say bobonastick is the newest member, it says karplak, its on the GKF skin

I found the problem. Cause of the new stats, it interferes with the way the new members are displayed. So it will display the fifth last member registered. I have removed it from the welcome panel.
