I agree about the ending though, it does leave you somewhat confused, and I can't remember how it ended it the game, but shall be checking it out, and also be watching the movie again, to look for some clues as to what we were supposed to imagine.

I think that they was dead or in the other world when they came home, either died in car crash or she died by the knife at the end of the movie. But maybe I already wrote that.

Agree, I think that the mother and daughter probably died in the original crash, as did the Policewoman, but they could just be in another dimension, judging by the way that they drove across the big hole in the road, at the end .. but it will probably stay an enigma until they make SH2, if they do
