Was at Roy's funeral yesterday and thought i would let you know that all your messages were passed on to the family and were greatly recieved.
It was a great turn out for him will people traveling down from scotland to pay their respects.
We all sank a few bevvies in his memory and had a great time remembering some of the escapades from our years of training under Roy.
Friendships were made and renewed and it was great to finally put some faces to cyber names ......
His family carried off the day with great dignity which is a testament to their upbringing....i was humbled....

You were one of a kind my friend ...Gone but never forgotten.....

I attended Roys funeral and sank a few brandy's as i have done with Roy in the past, as Kintekke said, his family carried out the day with great dignity, he would have been very proud of them, i hope to keep in touch with his family.
There will never be anyone that could ever take his place, he will be with me always.

Glad that you found some happiness in the sorrow, kintekke and dee. Roy is resting now and I hope he can meet his dog Ben again.

Did we ever find out what caused his death?

I know someone said in the beginning it was a heart condition, was that correct?

i agree...i think he i heard that it was a heart attack, but i'm not sure, i agree crystal, there WILL NOT be another person like Rocol
