One of lifes good guys, I miss our putting the world to rights sessions Roy. You touched a lot of peoples hearts and will never be forgotten. Sorry I never actually got to meet you and shake your hand, maybe we can meet up and do that when my number is up. Here's to ya pal. Have a brandy for me.

I wish I had gotten to know him better. From what everyone says he was a great guy, and even though I didn't ever really know him well, I appreciate all he did for us here, and wish him all the best where he is now.

Roy was a great part of my life for over 20 years....First as my martial arts instructor but then as my friend...We even went on holiday together to Greece on 3 occassions (We still have our Wado Ryu sheild in the Paradise Bar/Restaurant in Sidari Corfu??? or it was a few years back when a friend was out there.
I used to visit him on a weekly basis and we would swop stories and have the odd ride to my local computer fair....But latterly he helped me with a few of my presentations at work (As he was a safety advisor...And a bloody good one)
He always had time to help me with any comp problems as i was he.....
I still find it hard when i drive past his house when i'm in town not to turn into his road???...And still kick myself for not visiting in the week before he sadly past.

I'm still in touch with both his children ...Both a credit to him...

GK has lost a great leader ...But as he would have wanted the guys on here have done him proud.....

I only knew Rocol through the forums (mainly MGF) but he and I spent many hours exchanging views on how to put the world to rights.
I don' ever remember him saying anything bad or mean about anyone!
I can't say that about anyone else I've ever spoken to!
He really was a great bloke!!

Ahhh Rocol, I still miss your chats, advice on doing things in the V Bulletin Admin CP.....I will never forget you calling me "Fair Maiden". You knew I could fly a plane and always wanted me to fly over your home and drop that ladder, I only wish I had done that......I'm still missing you very much and the strange thing that happened was receiving a Christmas card from you a few days after you had passed!!! Freaky eh?

You would be proud of what Darren has done with Gamers Kingdom and I know you are probably watching this forum ,and, oh yes I know you are still clay pigeon shooting in heaven

It was an honour for me coming here to pay you a tribute, I hope they do this next year as well........I also hope some members of your immediate family come and read some of these posts!!

guess his whole life was revolved around helping people... he helped me greatly in my early days as a member, and later as a mod at MGF... never really got to go in depth in private lives as i would have liked - did touch base on the obvious things. I dont think you will find anyone out their with a bad word to say against him... and if you do i, amongst countless others will be their defending his name.
