people write them off because kids like them, and theyre not 'talented' but bugger me, i think theyre the most talented of metal bands currently in the mainstream, anyone else like them?

I like Avenged Sevenfold... Two of my favorite guitarists right now are Zakky and Synyster.

I don't really consider them metal, but it really doesn't matter.

I like a few of their songs... not a bad band.

I have all their CDs so yeah, I kinda like them. The new CD isn't as good as the last two but still better than the first one.

AV7 is alright. Their original material was far too generic, but City of Evil was great. Haven't heard their new one yet, but I don't like them enough to lay down money for their records.
