Going on the homepage(unreal skin) and selecting the chat room linkage i'm getting an error,is anyone else having this problem..

seems that no-one can access that partiular directory even from the ftp.

Thankfully I could rename it so I am reinstalllling the chatroom to the latest version. Give me a day to get it operational.
